1. Age Restriction:

   By using this site, you affirm that you are 18 years of age or older. All users must adhere to and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. 

2. 18+ Only:

   This website is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. One of the underpinning guidelines of MLR International is to always gamble responsibly. Set a bank with betting limits and never chase past gambling losses.  

3. Content Distribution:

   The content on this site, including information, text, material, graphics, software, and advertisements, may not be distributed, shared or copied in any form without prior written consent from the copyright holder, MLR International. 

4. Nature of the Service:

  MLR International is a tipping service that provides horse racing tips and does not offer financial advice. Subscribers agree to place bets only within their own betting limits and with licensed betting services or betting agents. Missing Link Racing takes no responsibility for any potential financial consequences of gambling.  

5. Gambling Risk:

   Members acknowledge that gambling involves risk, and there is no guarantee of success. Users may lose their betting bank on bets. MLR International is not responsible for members’ losses, and no refunds are offered for any potential losses, finical or other as a result of  gambling. 

6. Membership Terms:

   Memberships are non-transferable, and no refunds are provided for unused portions. Credit requests for future use will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  

7. Results and Pricing:

   Results are based on unit bets advised at the time the race started, and pricing is derived from the starting price. No inflated prices or early markets are used to manipulate results. 

8. Service Availability:

  MLR International  makes no guarantee of website service availability and is not responsible for interruptions or failures in providing information and/or selections for any reason. 

9. Currency and Payment:

   Only payments in AUD$ are accepted. Users paying in other currencies must ensure sufficient amounts following conversion. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in AUD$. No foreign exchange risk is accepted. 

10. Acceptance of Terms:

    By accessing the MLR International website or portal, users agree to the terms and conditions without modification. The terms and conditions may be altered by the Provider at any time. 

11. Prohibited Use: 

    Users must not use the website in any manner that is unlawful or could damage, disable, overload, or make unauthorized modifications. 

12. Service Discontinuation:

    MLR International reserves the right to discontinue services or revoke access for users in breach of the terms and conditions. 

13. Automatic Renewals:

Subscriptions are set to automatically renew, you acknowledge and agree that all renewal payments are also non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time, but once a charge has been made for a renewal period, it is considered final and cannot be refunded.

14. Service Cancellation:

    If a user’s is to cancel their membership, they must contact MLR International directly at least 36 hours before their subscription is set for renewal and funds have been taken, if failure to a fee will be applied. Namely the third party costs that are not waived to MLR International.
